Restaurant O Catering has designed an unprecedented evening of sensually adventurous cuisine with a 5-course wine paired dinner featuring head winemaker Bill Brosseau on November 21st, 2009 at 6 pm at Black Ridge Vineyards. This very exclusive dinner features 5 Black Ridge wines highlighting the release of the 2008 Viognier and 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon.

French roasted coffee rubbed free range veal chop with hazelnut reduction, peppermint/chocolate drizzle and chestnut stuffing

Chocolate and almond tart with pear caramel sauce paired with vanilla bean gelato with basil oil
